About SAF

 SAF Tehnika is a European (Latvian) designer and manufacturer of digital microwave radio equipment.

SAF microwave radios provide wireless data and voice transmission solutions to various customers, including

• fixed and mobile operators,
• ISPs,
• government establishments (military, local governments etc.),
• utilities and oil & gas companies,
• schools/universities
• health establishments
• and others in nearly 100 countries worldwide, including Australia.

SAF Tehnika attributes this success to three key factors: a distinctive approach to research and development, flexibility and the ability to deliver high-value solutions at attractive prices.

SAF Australia is the official representative of SAF Tehnika in Australia.

We are based in Salamander Bay, NSW and Brisbane, QLD, and together with our regional distributors we supply SAF microwave radios as well as a full package of services to customers across all states and territories of Australia.

Our mission is to provide reliable microwave radio solutions that help our customers improve their infrastructure and cut their operating costs at the same time. 

We tailor our solutions to best suit each of our customer`s needs and circumstances.

SAF Australia was announced a CeBIT Awards finalist in the category Project excellence in 2011 and Excellence in Communications in 2010. We are also an LGP approved contractor.
